Poster submission deadline: July 8, 2016 (changed from July 1)
Apply for student travel funding no later than July 1
For discounted hotel rates, please reserve your room no later than July 5

Poster acceptance notification: July 22, 2016 (changed from July 13)
Students who receive travel funding will be notified on July 15

Conference early registration deadline: July 26, 2016 (changed from July 22)
